This page explains, in plain language, what information BinCompare Phoenix collects and what we do with it.
Forms are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to our inbox. Your quote details may also be saved in your own browser's storage on your device so you don't have to retype them — that copy never leaves your device.
We use quote requests for exactly one thing: matching you with relevant local dumpster companies and sharing your request with them so they can send you a price. That's the service. We don't sell your personal information, we don't add you to newsletters, and we don't share your details with anyone other than the companies matched to your request.
We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. To understand which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first tool that counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without building a profile of you or selling your data. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so no outside font provider receives your IP address.
Email info@bincompare.co to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted — include the email or phone number you used on the form. Companies we've already forwarded your request to manage their own copies; we'll tell you who received it so you can contact them too.
This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
